These terms and conditions oversee the use of this website being owned and operated by Somwell Australia Pty Ltd t/as perfectfithosiery.com.au (“this website”) and the purchase of any goods from it.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accessing, using or browsing this website, it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted our “Terms and Conditions”. Perfectfit Hosiery reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time, without providing notice to you. Your use of our website after changes have been made is confirmation of your agreement to these amendments, which may include changes to the “Terms and Conditions”, product prices, and promotions. We have the right to decline an order in justifiable circumstances. You will be notified in writing and all monies will be refunded.
All product prices that appear on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) currency and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customer Service Policy
Perfectfit Hosiery is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Although rare, manufacturer defects and flaws do occasionally occur. If you receive an item that is damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us at perfectfithosiery.com.au and we will do our best to resolve any problems. We will instruct you to return the item and once able to verify the flaw is the fault of manufacturing and with proof of purchase we will offer you, a) the same replacement item or item to same value, b) a credit payment to the credit card from which the purchase was made. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial cost of shipping if other items were purchased in that same order.
Before submitting your order, please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. All items you wish to return for this reason (due to health reasons) must be returned in its new, unused condition and still in the manufacturer’s original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of postage to return the item. Items must be returned by Australia Post registered mail to ensure it is received in an undamaged state. Items in open or damaged packs will not be eligible for reimbursement. If you wish to receive a refund you must notify us by email at perfectfithosiery.com.au within 14 days from the day your order was despatched. You will be given the option of a refund or exchange.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Perfectfit Hosiery reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
