While he was competing in the Olympics, Neville made some contacts in the industry and he stumbled upon an offer to manage a large-scale textile mill in 1962.
He used the same passion and desire for perfection that took him to the podium in Melbourne to fuel him while we managed the textile mill. He quickly gained a reputation and after ten years he decided to go out on his own, quickly making a name for himself in the hosiery industry.
Neville’s passion and keen understanding of the industry allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks of the hosiery industry and before too long he became a major supplier for some of Australia’s biggest chains such as Big W, Myer, Target and David Jones.
